"After testing Internet connection with my laptop I reviewed the security and network settings of the clients system. Client mentioned he had FiOS and couldn't connect so he switched to Comcast. Client still could not connect with Comcast. His system was running the AVG Free anti-virus program, after further investigation I discovered a setting from AVG Free had the option to block Internet activity checked. After unchecking the Internet ran without issue. There was also a Adware pop-up that wouldn't go away so I ran Norton AV to remove it."
"I installed Norton AV software with a 15 day trial to remove a adware/virus he was experiencing that AVG did not fix. When it comes to the Internet I rarely find anything for free worth the risks involved."

"HP 4250n Laser Printer fuser and gear needed cleaning and parts replaced."
"Laser Printer fuser and gear needed replacing. Replaced all parts, cleaned printer and tested printer - passed tests. The connection from the local workstations was not working, pinged printer IP with tech support on phone. Determined CAT5 cable from panel to printer was failing after swapping cables. Arranged to have replacement cable sent."
