"Removed kiosk monitor and replaced with new monitor. Removed base stand from new monitor and secured monitor to kiosk. New unit would not power on, replaced power adapter. Calibrated, configured, and tested kiosk station. Contacted BluJett to report completion. Taking previous monitor to ship to BluJett. "

"Wait list monitors were not receiving signal from the computer. Began testing from the computer by connecting a spare monitor to the DVI splitter that was going to the wait list monitors. Tested network and VGA cables. Removed floor jack and verified connection. Found the loop cable missing from the patch panel."
