"Wireless phone retail store has an audio visual kiosk / triage system. 22" Touchscreen needs to be replaced. New brackets are being shipped also to hold the touchscreen in the greeter station. Drill, spare wood screws, to install new touchscreen."
"Disconnected previous VGA, USB, and power cables. Removed stand from new monitor and connected new cabling. Mounted monitor and contacted Blujett for proper configuration of screens."

"Removed kiosk monitor and replaced with new monitor. Removed base stand from new monitor and secured monitor to kiosk. New unit would not power on, replaced power adapter. Calibrated, configured, and tested kiosk station. Contacted BluJett to report completion. Taking previous monitor to ship to BluJett. "

"Wait list monitors were not receiving signal from the computer. Began testing from the computer by connecting a spare monitor to the DVI splitter that was going to the wait list monitors. Tested network and VGA cables. Removed floor jack and verified connection. Found the loop cable missing from the patch panel."

"I removed the PCI dispenser controller card and installed it in to the new pc. After connecting the new pc, I installed the touchscreen drivers for the monitor. I assigned the new pc a static IP matching the static address of the previous pc."
