I have 6 years of field service experience working on various types of technologies. I can generally pick up any technology within minutes of looking at it. I have great customer service skills that most technicians don't have. I can also work over the phone or onsite. I'm the only technician in my area for the most part. The Geek Squad is my only real in home and small business competition. I would like to start out part time and if I think this will work take a jump to full time.
