"Computer was locking up and preventing the software from being usable. I suspect it was a problem with a faulty hard drive, but I was not told to spend time diagnosing the problem on the computer that was being replaced. I took the pci card out of the old computer and installed it into the new computer to connect the ribbon cables from the cart. I also took the hard drive out of the old computer and slaved it on the new pc so client technican could setup the software on the new pc. The client technician was able to connect remotely to the new pc and install the software. After the technician completed the software install I took the slaved hard drive out of the new computer, closed the computer case and mounted the computer to the back of the cart."
"After the software was installed the nurse tested the software and it was working correctly."
