Assisting clients with services such as User state migration and PC Hardware preventive maintenance and system upgrades. Duties are not limited to desktop support, installation and up keeping of complex user applications. Server side and end user configuration. Physical and instrumental Failure Analysis of PCBs, testing and troubleshooting various HDDs for issues in data access and retrieval. Responsible for refurbishing/QA of Desktops, Workstations and Servers and accompanying peripherals.
