I worked 3 years as a bench technician at Gateway. I have been building and repairing computers for 10 years. My main strengths are troubleshooting hardware and software problems, building new systems and optimizing computer performance. My secondary abilities include small network setup(including router setup to share a high speed connection) and instructing users on how to use various applications.
