PC Technician: Single person onsite support for as many as 130 compters running multiple operating systems and numerous programs, mostly critical to operations. Responsible for all aspects of support; hardware installation/repair, software installation and training, hardware and software upgrades, complete replacement systems for users with all files and programs transferred.
