My strengths are computer hardware & software issues. I work on Mac's & PC's and all related hardware and software to each platform. I also troubleshoot most of the popular Desktop Software. I perform troubleshooting to your computer quickly to determined if the problem is long term or short term and what that means in real english. I don't offer any quick fixes unless it is absolutly needed for tight deadlines. I have good people skills and often been told that I should be a teacher.
