"Checked/tested different DVI ports to see if TV had a bad port. Checked HDMI/DVI connector/adapter for connectivity/signal from Kiosk PC to TV."
"Either HDMI/DVI adapter is bad (probably due to the internal wiring pulled or torn), or bad port on video adapter or media software has been corrupted. The first thing to do first to rectify the problem would probably be to replace HDMI/DVI connector/adapter. "
