"Customer needed to have another network jack for a phone in a new office installed. The network jack would be for a VOIP network telephone. "
"Due to the construction of the building and the location of the new office, customer would have 2 options. First option: Run about 150' of cabling and have to drill thru the floor and ceiling (because of no ceiling access ). Also, would have to mount wall jack and moulding to make the room look appropriate. Time required would have been 4 to 5 hours. Second option: Install wireless network bridge to extend the offices' network to the new office and connect to their main network via their wireless network. This would only be about 1.5 to 2 hours to install and test - plus the cost of the wireless bridge. Customer decided to have the wireless bridge installed to save time and also to maintain the aesthetics of the new office."

"This was for an install of Laptop, Verizon Air Card, and HP all-in-one printer. After installing Verizon Air Card software, the Air Card wouldn't connect to the Verizon WWAN."
"1. Setup HP printer with laptop and verified printing and faxing. Faxed a page to my eFax to verify the fax operation. Printed a test page from computer to verify printing. 2. Found the SIM card in AirCard was installed backwards from the factory. Installed the SIM card properly and AirCard was able to connect to the Verizon network sucessfully. 3. Called remote support number but no one answered. However, we verified internet by downloading customer's email in Outlook. "
