I have worked for the federal Gov't for almost 15 years and spent the last 9 years maintaining networks. Our current network has over 150 PCs with many print servers and over 200 users. We work in a NOVELL network and I am responsible for both equipment and user maint. I have been sent to numerous schools for Novell and PC repair both at the Gov't request and my own accord. I currently have over 100 private customers that I service from my home computer repair shop.
