"Venue wanted to add up to 5 more VoIP phones and when the EU's onsite tried nothing happened. I was dispatched and found that the ports they were using were not patches to the switch. There were only 3 ports on the current switch so patching 5 was not possible but I did patch 2 phones to 2 ports. The 3rd phone did not have a new port so I went from the wall to the phone and form the phone to the PC. Phone one had a dial tone but was unable to call out Phone 2 had a registration rejection - security error Phone 3 did not have a phone handset cable so it could not be checked. These issues are left for Corporate I.T. but as far as connectivity the issues is resolved"
