I work well with hardware and computer upgrades. I am extremely experienced with the Windows Operating System and Windows Software. I have a minor background in security and computer forensics. I am very efficient at fixing computer errors and communicating with my customers; I try to explain the problem to my customers so that they understand the problem enough to communicate it to other people.
