My current day job is a Network Administrator for International Company. My past experiences have included Desktop Support engineer and Desktop Supervisor. I enjoy helping and educating users through their computer issues. I consider myself a "Jack of All Trades" that has experience troubleshooting all ranges of issues. My experience spans all Microsoft platforms, many different environments and software applications.
