I serve in the capacity of a Microsoft network engineer, Active Directory administrator and Exchange administrator. I have extensive experiance in both hardware and software trouble shooting and am certified by Comptia as a Computer Technician (break/fix). I proactively maintain several networks for optimal performance. Teaching and training are also storng points.
