I also have the Security+, Network+ and A+ certifications from CompTIA. I am most knowledgeable in Windows environments including Windows 95, 98, 2000 Professional, and XP Professional. Most importantly, I have EXCELLENT communication and customer service skills. Also, printer troubleshooting and repair for Lexmark, HP, Samsung and Dell.
