"Upon arriving at the site location at 9:37, I quickly realized that power was in both machines. I noticed the there was a login or boot window with a 50 minute countdown timer coming from the camera PC. It was later understood that timer was a countdown to make connection with another computer that housed the Operating System and database for the Drowning Monitoring System. I checked all connections, then removed the monitor from camera computer to the computer OS and saw that there had been a boot failure. I reported this information to contact Paul Newcomb and told him I would diagnose the booting issue utilizing my UBCD. Twice, it gave me a BSOD. The guys at Posiedon and myself tried to resolve the issue to no avail. "
"Sadly, the main hard drive that housed the OS had failed and needed to be replaced. We tried to work out various scenarios to get the client up and running, but because we realized that other problems may occur, we decided to just wait, have Posiedon, possibly re-image a new hard drive and then send it to me to re-install at another time. I left the client location at 12:41pm."
