Technical Solutions:
"Database server not booting up, stops with message missing dll file. HD had tried with EU to get into safe mode, last known good config and to run OS CD with no success. Server had 1 drives. Older drive is 74 Gb ( 80 Gb cap ) and newer drive of 232Gb ( 250 Gb cap ). Drives are mirrored and the older drive got full and locked out. Also, there was a surge right before the server boot failure. Troubleshooted by disconnecting 1 after another mirror drives and ran threw the whole repair process step with Mr Eric. Finally fixed the OS errors and the server came up. Started freezing up after loading the OS while trying to mirror to the other drive. Finally resolved the freezing issue and was able to run the mirroring threw. The older drive is heading towards failure as indicated by erratic behavior , lockups and freezes. Recommended replacement of the 74Gb drive soon, had store manager check the system and completed work. Eric released me. "
